前台服務很死板，早上8.30下樓時忘記拿餐票，不讓用餐，去前台給説讓給我一張，我退房時把我的餐票在還給她，那女的説要報賬不能給我，讓我回去拿，結果我回去拿了，房門又打不開，給前台打電話，那女的説讓我在把卡拿下去刷一下，我就很生氣，過了一會就讓打掃衞生的來給開了，在等我下去時8.40過早餐沒了😔剩幾個花捲是涼的，菜什麼都是渣渣了，最後也沒吃就把餐票拿去退，前台又各種找不到記錄，最後要求看我的付款記錄，餐票都給你了，難道我還沒有付款嗎，什麼玩意嗎，酒店附近也沒有吃飯的地方，導致我一天沒有吃飯，交通特別不便利，飯店沒有，打車衹能叫滴滴，還要提前10到20分鐘叫，要不然就要等好久，這個酒店不會在住第二次了

房間乾淨整潔，後花園非常漂亮，距離孔子博物館也很近。唯一的不足就是，水質差一點，燒開的水需要經過沉澱才能飲用。

3.洗浴間也沒有乾濕分離。
4.現在離店查房的比較少了，建議酒店在這方面要改善，可以學習這方面的先進管理經驗。
