I stayed at the Fenix hotel with my family. We have a great experience, the attention of the staff was excellent, the hotel was clean as well as our rooms. The breakfast was varied and the staff was attentive to stocking the food during it. Although the area is high traffic, the rooms we were assigned allowed us to rest without interruptions. I'll be back in the future!

I stayed in the same room on the second floor for three non-consecutive nights during an 11-day trip to Ecuador. The spacious wood themed room featured a large, flatscreen television and (as would be expected in an urban setting) a strong wifi signal. The neighborhood unlike other places I’ve stayed in Quito seemed very quiet. Unlike a few members of my group, I did not experience any difficulties with the hot water supply. The choices for the breakfast buffet were adequate, and the staff at the front desk helpful and very accommodating.

I had a great time just as it was the first time I stayed, good attention from the staff in all areas, good buffet breakfast, I will continue choosing it without a doubt because of the proximity to the coliseum and among other places that I require. Thank you
