The water in this store is not hot, this problem is a headache, the price is cheap, the surrounding area is unsafe, the breakfast is average, the service staff has a good attitude, and the roof is beautiful

Located only a short walk to the main Square. I should point out that the stairs to upper floors are narrow as there is no lift. I travel smart I travel light so this wasn't an issue even though I was on the 3rd floor. If your a traveler who lugs around cumbersome suitcases this may be an issue for you. The reception guy was friendly & helpful. My room for 1 night was comfortable although the tv was an issue. The issue was initially resolved but when I returned from dinner there was no signal. Similarly, the internet is spotty even with my sim card package. The shower had lukewarm water at best but the pressure was good. I did not experience breakfast as I had an early flight. Note the airport is 40kms from the city. I made the most of my overnight stay.

Nice location, good breakfast and overall decent trip. Had some issues though with the hot water and internet. The internet in my room was kind of bad. The receptionist was a very nice gentleman and the staff too. Check out the terrace, it's beautiful up there.

Excellent location! Staff is very helpful and Christian went above and beyond to accommodate our tours. Rooms are comfortable and good breakfast every morning. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when in Quito.

The hotel was very clean and in a very good location in the old town. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful The main parts of the hotel were beautiful with some lovely flowers in window boxes However, the room itself was very basic and could easily be improved with simple things like a shelf in the bathroom ( all our toiletries had to sit on the floor) an extra mirror and waste bin in the bedroom would have been appreciated and we only had 1 bedside table when 2 could have been accommodated The Breakfast was very hard scrambled eggs and bread and there was no choice. The juices were delightful !

The staff were all very nice and most of them spoke good English. It was a quiet hostel right off the historic city center. The rooms were clean and they had hot showers. The rooftop had a good view of the city and there were areas you could sit and read or work. I ended up staying here twice during my stay.

Nice place. Has a laundry if you need to wash your clothes. Breakfast usually consisted of eggs cooked with ham, fruit juice and some bread with cheese. Offers tours within the hotel for sightseeing. Showers run on solar power, so shower before sunset (6:30.)
