房間和圖片看起來是一樣的，實際上有點小，酒店是自建房改造的，有電梯，走道很窄，每個房間之間貼的很近，有其他房客出進講話都聽的清楚，衞生間是用一個玻璃隔出來的，裏面是蹲坑，洗澡的時候水容易漏出來，控制衞生間洗漱台和衞生間風扇的開關是一個感覺不太方便，電視沒有網看不了，酒店提供的WiFi也連不上，自己也不太需要就沒有諮詢酒店方，酒店就在公路邊，到下午五點半以後就開始有很多小商販來擺攤，宵夜類的，我的房間就在路邊，有窗但不能開，會很吵還有很多燒烤煙飄進來，不過房間有空調，關上窗還好。酒店的地理位置確實很好，步行就能到全國最美書店的新華書店，南城門，還能從南城門上步行到寥廓公園（有一丟丟遠）就當鍛鍊身體了，到曲靖各個景點打車也很方便，酒店樓下也有很多吃的，優缺點都有，寫出來給來曲靖的大家一點參考。

位置不錯！老闆娘人也很熱情，房間裝修還是蠻新的，風格也很清新，看得出來，老闆娘也是很用心經營的一個人，房間配有一次性紙杯（是可以抽取那種，不是説一天衹有兩衹的），床上用品都很乾凈，床也舒服。唯一失望的是，樓下的燒烤夜市，是一條街都是，而且到凌晨5點多還燈火通明（這個點，我還起來拍了照），可能是我們住二樓吧，窗户關閉，整個晚上的房間裏都是燒烤味道，很難受，我一個晚上基本上是沒有怎麼睡去😭😭😭😭😭（第二天早上我就和老闆娘反應了，她説我窗户沒有關，怎麼可能啊？這就不去辯解了…😡）。實事求是的説，也希望老闆娘可以想辦法改進。我是都是喜歡給別人好評，因為經營不易！

前台人員對顧客的態度太壞了，訂好了的是標準雙人間，結果到了酒店確説沒有房間了，讓我們住一個大床房，找她們理論，結果還出口傷人罵人，罵罵咧咧的氣勢洶洶，那裡有這麼做服務行業的，行為太壞了，我們給錢還來受一肚子的氣，她們這樣做生意衹有倒黴，不講誠信的行為，遲早會負出代價，生意不會長久，倒閉是註定了的。

幾個朋友挑了許久，選擇了藝尚宮酒店，圖片和實際 相符，住下來感覺非常值得。首先是地理位置極佳，定 位準確很好找，打車的話直接到酒店大門口，出行極其便利，酒店還有電梯，拿行李超方便。周邊吃的也很多，附近還有一個新開的新華書店，白天還可以去裏面逛逛，出來幾步路就到了，簡直不要太方便酒 店內部環境清新雅緻，前台工作人員很熱情，房間温馨 舒適，讓人感受到家的温暖，床鋪廁所都比較乾淨。這次入住體驗 非常好，絕對值得五星好評，強烈推薦給每一位來曲靖 的朋友!！ 收起
