酒店服務是真的垃圾，沒有好的服務，再好的設備都是擺設。酒店斷電後沒有任何的後續服務，連一句“不好意思，請大家耐心等候”都懶得説？下來詢問多久來電，如果不來電會怎麼樣，衹説“一會兒就來”，全程兩人在一邊玩手機，蹺二郎腿玩手機，服務專業性太垃圾了，趕旁邊周圍酒店太遠，難怪入住率低

新酒店有不好聞的味道，房間塑料拖鞋不敢穿，服務還可以，房間可以語音控制也不錯，房間面積寫的50平米覺得會很寬敞，但是感覺最多最多30平米、與實際不符合。普通入住基本滿意。

非常好，整體都很喜歡，半夜出了點問題，炒的人睡不着，前台給換了房間，服務還是可以的，衞生設施也不錯，換房間後也不吵了
