酒店太陳舊了並且保護的不好，進房摸了一下窗台一層灰，一些老舊的做法該改變了，比如房間內有償使用物品標註不明顯，並且還需查房。容易造成爭端。
前台和客房服務尚可，餐廳的個別服務員把自己當成管理者了，角色定位不對。總之入住體驗不好

離開酒店，不得不為衢州飯店説幾句話，這是一個過去用於政府接待酒店，設施、服務都很好，有一個很大的散步庭院。入住時前台女孩給升級了一個豪華標準間，體驗很好，又續了一晚。早餐也很豐盛，並有磨豆新鮮咖啡喝；服務也很好，床品也都很舒服。浴室竟有泡澡浴缸。是個性價比很高的酒店，下次還會來

就是喜歡老派的酒店！國營風吧服務稍微沒那麼積極，設施比較老，浴室是浴缸不過水還是很好的，乾淨整潔床品舒適，房間大小也合理，空調給力在冬天很重要，地理位置好停車方便，還要什麼自行車。
送了歡迎水果，最棒的是早餐，衢州人是怎麼把所有的早餐炒菜涼菜都做得那麼好吃的，還兩天沒有重樣！原本早餐都不怎麼吃炒菜的。
衢州春節不漲價特別好評，主要太好吃了，還來還來。
