Very good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Can definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Zorro Zuo, Receiption Manager, super kind and thoughtful helping me purchase over the counter medications. He also indicated which brand is considered to be the best for healing. Payment was done by Alipay. He made my stay so warm and smooth. I would come back again for this great customer service

和快捷酒店差不多
因為帶了小狗所以定的是寵物友好房型
房間在酒店一樓 非常陰冷
想換個房間被告知帶了寵物衹能住一樓
衞生無話可説 我感覺是沒換過床單被套的
枕頭下兩坨狗毛 應該是之前住的留下的
連衞生都搞不好還要賺養寵人的錢
我們是什麼冤種嗎
隔音也很差 隔壁住的一對情侶半夜叫早上也叫
根本休息不好
不是寵物友好嗎 怎麼沒聽見狗叫光聽見人叫啊
第一次住這麼差的 無語死了

氛圍感直接拉滿！房間是落地窗，晚上能看城市夜景，衞生做得超徹底。前台不僅送了本地伴手禮，還手繪了小眾打卡路線，避開了所有人羣。周邊美食眾多，出門遊玩交通也方便，已經安利給所有來玩的朋友了。

酒店旁邊是衢江和鹿鳴銀泰in park，近鹿鳴大草原和鹿鳴文化街區，大堂非常有設計感，為我辦理入住的是前台Grace，很熱情細緻，酒店的早餐廳在一樓，中西結合很豐富，推薦特色牛肉麪，房間整體很乾凈舒適，入住體驗很不錯👍

這種垃圾酒店在市場上是怎麼存在的我真的很納悶，前台衹有一個工作人員，房間又小又臟。最可怕的是一點點隔音都沒有，隔壁房間咳嗽一聲都聽得一清二楚。凌晨三點多隔壁入住一對情侶（或者*****）大聲喧嘩，把孩子吵醒，受到驚嚇。直接撥打電話給前台，讓其換房否則報警。我就想請問一下，這麼大一家酒店，客房有七八層，在明知隔壁有孩子入住的情況下，凌晨的客房為何要安排在隔壁？是其他房間都不能住了？明明各個樓層都有空房，非要安排在隔壁。你們不清楚自己的房間不隔音？離譜至極。帶孩子來遊玩，對衢州的印象因為一家酒店大打折扣！早上飛機聲音也很大！！真的是一家人都沒有休息好。垃圾！垃圾！垃圾！！！

到房間的時候發現院子裏的沙發墊子全部都放在房間 可能是下雨放到房間裏的 但是客人都到了 雨也停了 不會提前檢查嗎？還都堆在房間裏？想喝個水讓前台送 住過那麼多酒店 第一次遇到這樣的 説衹能送四瓶 其他的要我們給錢 一瓶➕三元 太離譜了 作為悦榕莊旗下的酒店 我住過那麼多悦榕莊 第一次遇到水還要給錢的 太搞笑了 門口也沒有保安來拿行李 前台那麼多人形同虛設 既然你們這麼不重視客人 那想必你們也不在乎評價 就衹好送你們差評咯 一個水都要收費的酒店
