I did a duplication booking and i was not reimbursed even if the room was cancelled on my arrival and the hotel was full. I have tried to contact the reservation manager and called her 3 times on the phone and wrote 4 mails and no answer. I have used this hotel chain in the past but i do not think i will choose it again (nor TRIP.com as they were not able to solve this issue either).

The Hotel is in a confortable location next to the main train station. At the reception staff is polite and educated. Wifi works well. The best was the rooftop terasse with a magnifinat view. I had a Buffet with a good assortment. What realy makes me give a medium rating was the room which on the single positive side was that it was clean, on the negative side - no pressure on the shower and was hard to finish - poor batchroom - poor room without any carpet and old decor Breakfast Butet was normal: No cutlery and napkins on the table and week service. At all I felt sad in the Hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The rooftop terrasse was terrific, with a nice selection of appetizers and wine. Service was excellent and the music was great. The only downside was a bathtub which was slippery and hard to get in and out. Nice breakfast buffet.

I had a prepaid booking for three nights at this hotel with two other travellers. The first day of my reservation, I called and the hotel to inform them that I won’t be coming this day and will arrive the next day for the two remaining nights and that the two other travellers will arrive as planned. They front desk confirmed taking note of my request. Today I arrive at the hotel to do my check in and they can’t find my booking and the hotel is full. The front desk guy confirmed that he had received my call yesterday but forgot to communicate it to the reservation team. After two hours of waiting time they suggested to me a room in their less rated half priced partner hotel. When I refused and asked to book for me an equivalent hotel they refused and refused to provide a refund. I explained that I have travelled 3 hours to be here and have a conference tomorrow at 8:00. They kept wasting time and refusing to come up with an acceptable solution. Three hours later I arrived to another hotel that I had to book and pay even though I have already paid for this night at their hotel. Please don’t go there they treat customers carelessly and with no respect.

One for the book, what a great experience. As we checked in management team was ready to receive us with all the keys prepared and names of each guests. Our entire team checked in less then 15 minutes and were in rooms in no time. Temperature of the room was perfect, room clean and no issues. Breakfast was well setup with plenty of choice and good service. Wi-Fi worked like a charm without any coverage gap. First time with Onomo brand but lifetime hooked.

We visited the Azour Rooftop Bar twice on our trip to Rabat. The bar has a beautiful view, great cocktails and food. Treat yourself at sunset with a cocktail and the view down the main boulevard. The hotel and bar is next door to the Rabat Ville train station.

I highly recommend against this hotel. I personally booked this hotel for a business guest coming to Rabat, mainly to showcase how the uniqueness of a Moroccan/ African based hospitality group. Having the guest stay at Onomo was part of the concept I was showcasing. What we got was pure racism and prejudice from the security guards. Multiple times we where not allowed into the hotel and had to constantly argue with them. No where was this a welcoming space. The only person on our team who did not have any issues was a foreign white female. We brought this up with reception and where told the security is not part of the hotel and that I should leave my email address to be contacted if I am unhappy. (I have yet to be contacted). For a hotel brand who has many locations around the continent they need to be better in training/hiring inclusive security and training their staff on how to deal with situations. In the end, this was damaging my reputation as the host and I had most of our team meetings at an alternative hotel.

Vee nice spot, ideally located, with a breathtaking view from the rooftop. Rooms are ok. The service though is a mess. The breakfast experience was terrible: extremely poor quality of ingredients, poor choice, very low quality service (empty plates not refilled at 8am!!!), the personnel is just hanging around, music is completely off character. A big Big minus.
