Eleven of us (all women) stopped in for lunch after cycling up the mountain and we were treated to a wonderful experience due to the fabulous food, wine and the charm of Nicolas and Jonathan who could not have been more accommodating. The service was spectacular. A butterfly was trapped in the conservatory and they even helped to release it! 😘 Highly recommend.

We could not believe our eyes when we pulled up to the location. The most beautiful views in a secluded setting. The amenities had everything we needed. The food was incredible and the service was spectacular. We were genuinely upset when it was time to leave because we were having the greatest time. We will be back.

There are not enough nice things to say about staying at Borgo Vescine. The staff was fabulous, the food was delicious, the wine was scrumptious, and the grounds are just so pretty. We spent 5 days there in June of '24 and hated leaving. Ample parking for a car - you'll want one to explore all the neighboring towns.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, then this is the place. Quiet setting in the hills overlooking olive grove and wine vineyards. Fantastic food and a fantastic staff. Also the Chianti Classico, wow.

Love the property! We stayed here 23 years ago on our honeymoon, and decided to come back to experience the magic all over again. The only issue we had was with the stink bugs that can be an issue in the early fall. Of course there isn’t a whole lot the property can do to eliminate the bugs, but it was less than optimal to not be able to open the windows, and to step on bugs in the middle of the night on the way to and from the bathroom. Borgo Vescine is a beautiful spot and one of a kind. The rooms are a little rustic and spartan, but in the Tuscan countryside it is to be expected. If we come back, it will be in the late summer to avoid the bugs and to enjoy the warmer weather.

Quintessential Tuscan boutique hotel with amazing views! Only 28 rooms in a beautifully renovated resort. The staff were amazing and the service - over the top! Then of course - the wine and food! We did a cooking class that was really fun. Can hardly wait to go back!
