Staff was not cooperative.

Air conditioning of whole hotel is not working. They are telling about this after you check in and afterwards they say refund is not possible you can complain about this in mmt. There were no fans in rooms. Worst stay

Ac is not working in any room . Its set to 26. Terrible smell all over frm room to lobby. Pls avoid this hotel for time being as its going for renovation it seems. Worst customer service frm make my trip
