Second time in a row I had an awful and insensitive response from the team. Incidentally our local team has been booking us in this hotel while we had our bigger event in a Global Hotel, where I generally stay. This time I had to cut short my travel and requested to charge for a day tarrif for 2.5 hours usage of room with no avail. Apathetically, the duty manager sitting on desk was fronting the non empowered sales team. If not financial consideration, walking upto the customer is a bare expectation, unmet. I paid in full, committing no return next time onwards. Last time they were busy in marriage propaganda expecting me to sleep inside ! There are now better hotels an’s choose in Raipur, for sure. Best wishes

Babylon Capital is an excellent place to stay. The check in process was super smooth and Mr Sinnu took care to provide me with a room as per my requirement...the room was excellent- very clean and spacious. The restaurant is very very good for both veg and non veg with Sanjay and Meenu providing top class service with outstanding taste and portion size. MS Purnima Bhaskar of HK did an excellent job of keeping the rooms as good as new...to all the staff whom I did not get an opportunity to meet- well done and thank you

This was my first stay i their hotel and I must say I am thoroughly impressed by their promptness in services. Chef Mr Bhojraj was ever willing to curate your choice of food. Housekeeping was super efficient and responsive. It gives you feeling that they care. Major setbacks (if they are) are non functional swimming pool and absence of Gym. I would prefer still to stay here, anyday, anytime.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Miss Roshni , welcome with lovely and beautiful smile . Rooftop terrace restaurant was excellent ............ I was very pleased with my stay . All thanks to miss Roshni I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future...

My experience at Babylon capital was amazing........ Everything was perfect..... There service was excellent as welll .... And breakfast was very good............ I really enjoyed the stay at Babylon capitaland especially there F and B staff are very co operative and Ms. Payal from there department..... They all are very much helpful... I would suggest everyone visit here ... And i will visit again..

It was an amazing experience mukesh sir is amazing we loved the food and the ambience and the behaviour of the staff highly suggest this restaurant there were good music and every staff member were very well behaved and again I have came here for many times and every time it’s a great experience
