Room was very dirty, siles of feet were getting black just by stepping on floor. Very limited option in complimentary breakfast. Food quality during room service was also not that great. They have increased the room fare but reduced the facilities such as removing the mini fridge from the room. Room furniture getting old, some of the lights were not working. Overall quality has been degraded, not worth the money.

I chose this hotel because of its location and my previous experience about 2 yrs ago. The sheets were worn out and dirty. The washroom was not clean. Tried checking other rooms in the same hotel but all were the same. Maybe some management change or I don’t know what but it was a very bad experience.

Staff need to improve their services, the basic things like dental kit not available in room. I have to wait almost around 20 min to get it. One mor thing hotel should provide kettle to make a water warm/boil as they are charging beyond 2.5K. I had requested in the night and didn’t get any response on that till checkout
