Neemrana Ramada is very sub-standard hotel, not like other Ramada properties. Had pathetic experience there. Booked a group of family and friends. 1. Rooms have very poor space and painful to use mattresses. 2. Service takes too much time, 3. No water in flush tanks, ACs not working in some rooms, 4. Staff is not very helpful, 5. Check-in took 1 hr for two people, reason was not rush, but software issues, confused staff and missing communication between reservations and reception. The guy who took the bookings (reservations/marketing) didn't turned-up to meet and sort out the terms of booking. The hotel was booked for weekend it seemed that he is least bothered about guests as his target of booking was complete. 6. Rooms had very bad smell had to ask house keeping to spray room freshners multiple times. To me it looks like some 2 star hotel was acquired by Ramada and services are still managed by that small hotel management, hence they lack professionalism and quality standards of Ramada. Would request Ramada management to do a proper internal audit there.
