The amenities and facilities in the hotel was at par with the tariffs. The food offering was delightful (buffet) and flavourful. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Don’t check in before roomchek in Fern Rajkot.old rooms. No AC working properly. Bathroom door not locking.Noisy room.Had a very bad experience. I asked Nikhil and Heena to change the room and Their reply was too casual even without verification of my problem. They didn’t help me to change the room even after requesting to Heena and Nikhil. They told me that you should check room first like check in in Roadside Guest House. They denied my request by saying that all rooms sold out and one min before they were offiering me twin bed room. Suddenly within 30sec all room booked and my request denied. Stay in room with very Noisy external environment, bad customer help made me write this feedback ! Sorry Fern , it was not expected from you. No more second stay in Fern.
