My experience at Momentos was exemplary.It was something which was beyond my imagination.Firstly the place in itself is truly mesmerizing.We had a family get together there .We took some really nice pictures out there.The food and service was remarkable.Everybody right from the gatekeeper to the manager welcomed us with folded hands and once we reached the restaurant we were warmly greeted by Mr.Vikram and Mr Vikrant.We were overwhelmed by the behaviour of the staff everybody was so nice and welcoming. My kids were pampered a lot that's something very special.I can feel the real essence of true guest service.I also would like to go back there in the near future. Thankyou everyone for your hospitality.

My stay at Mementos Udaipur was far more than just luxury — it was pure hospitality from the heart. From the very beginning, I wasn’t just treated as a guest, but truly cared for like family. The warmth, attention, and kindness I received are things no money can ever buy. A special thanks to Mr. Upendra Singh Tomar, General Manager, for his personal involvement and gracious leadership. The butler, Mr. Aadam Ali, made my stay seamless with his thoughtful and anticipatory service. Mr. Vikram Singh Rao, Restaurant Manager, ensured every meal felt like a celebration, while Mr. Parakshit and Mr. Sumit (Security Head) added layers of comfort and assurance with their genuine hospitality. Every single member of the team worked together to create an experience that goes far beyond five stars. The true luxury here is not just the property, but the way people make you feel. I left with memories full of warmth, gratitude, and respect for the entire team at Mementos.

The latest crown jewel of ITC. Another wonderful destination in the city of lakes. The layout of villas is excellent offering fantastic views and also ensuring total privacy. The room amenities, the linen, toiletries are of top quality. As always expected from ITC, food is amazing. Compliments to Chef Sudipt, Manikantha and Mahendra. In fact Chef Mahindra treated to us excellent Tamarind rice. Another high light is proper management of buggy service which is usually a huge head ache in many properties. Here you get the buggy almost instantly. Overall excellent addition to Udaipur

first the property its huge the food is just perfect and the place was something out off a dream there were many offerings from the hotel and it is a little pricey but the experience was enough to justify the price

We had an amazing experience at Mementos By ITC Udaipur on our recent visit. Warm welcome and amazing showaround by Farhan. Rohit at The Rock bar was incredible with his skills. Delicious food offered at Kebabs and Kurries by the masterchef Muzzafar. It was all worth it!
