If your dates are close and the pool is important for you, please reach out to confirm the pool will open on time. We do not give refunds for pool delays or closures. Lost pool fobs will incur a $50 fee. Home has 2 reserved parking spots - both are numbered with the house number. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are labeled "Visitor" and found around the neighborhood. Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking. 2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home. We have a trash valet service that will move the cans out on Mondays and place them back on Tuesdays. No free early check-in or late check-out offered. $25/hr if available. May not know availability until day before/day of.
