The hotel is located in the town of Obertraun, 5 kilometers away from the town of Hallstatt. You can walk there, take a train for 2.8 euros, and then take a ferry. You can also ride a bicycle (free of charge) or take a taxi. The hotel owner lives upstairs in the cottage. The first floor is for accommodation. It is clean and hygienic. You can cook. There is a sauna room. The bedroom can accommodate 3-4 people. The scenery is beautiful and the room owner is enthusiastic, but remember to check out at 10 o'clock the next day. Overall very good.

Martina Ireland We stayed here for the last 2 nights and what a gem it is. Everything from booking to getting the keys and leaving was perfect. The host was so helpful with everything. There is all you could possibly need in the little apartment we stayed in, from toaster to hairdryer . The location is just idyllic and we were so lucky with the weather too. It's about 10 minute drive to the magical town of Hallstatt and what a place that is. If I was coming back, I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Lisa x
