People partying at 2:30am until 5am call the front desk no answer went to the front desk nobody there [ says someone at the front desk 24 hrs a day] went to check out nobody at the front desk had to wait half hour for someone

This hotel will always be special to me I'm glad that it's still around thanks

This shouldn’t even be an option on *******. It isn’t a hotel it’s a long term stay for people. When you show up to check in and the cops are there you know it isn’t going to be good. Checking in guy loudly states name and personal info and room number giving the “guests” in the lobby our information. Told it’s on that side with just a point. No other information about the place given. Headed up to the room there was trash everywhere. In the room, cigarette burns on the “comforter”, not clean at all. Claims queens, but not. Room had dirt everywhere. Random microwave mounted above mini fridge. Two sinks in the bathroom area but neither worked well. No towels, had to go ask and then wait 15 minutes for them. Adjoining door to another room. Large wardrobe put in front of it but no sound proofing. The 3:00 am wake up to the “activities” going on next door wasn’t great. Could hear every conversation going on there. People live there full time. Dogs and kids all around. Walk up and kids asking you for money. One of the most uncomfortable nights ever. 0/10 would never go there again and would not encourage anyone to go there. Have some signage that says “comfort inn” stayed with that chain before never had an issue. If it still is theirs they should take some action. What a terrible place!

Room had dirty sheets and a big burn hole in one of the comforters. They staff was nice though and let us switch room. There was trash strewn in the corridors and overall dirty looking hotel except for lobby.

The place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. I would not recommend this property.

A more affordable option, but still didn’t have towels in the room, toilet paper handle broken and wouldn’t replace dead batteries on smoke detector, so it chirped all night. Otherwise, it was okay.

The staff was nice. We had loud people staying next to us. Probably some homeless people stay there too

Room furniture outdated and worn. Smoke alarm removed from ceiling and placed in a closet. Wifi did not initially work. The microwave in the room was grimy on top. The remote to the tv was broken and held together with duck tape, had to request a replacement. Dog fecis located on the ground in numerous common areas. The romm did not even provide throwawat plastic cups. The shower and bathrrom floor was slippery when wet while showering and had to use 1 of 2 bath towels provide for a bath mat. I checked out 1 day ealry and lost $ i has paid for the 2nd night. Worst hotel i have ever experienced

I have a high tolerance for bad motels, but this was pretty bad. Had a adjoined room, and the people on the other side were smoking cigarettes the entire time, making it hard to breathe in my room. The air conditioner/fan didnt work. There were roaches running around at night. I wouldnt stay here again.
