I stayed on 3 separate occasions during December. I was pleased with all of my visits, except the last weekend of Dec 29-30, only because I wasn't checked in correctly & other guests were checked into my room. That meant unwanted guests at 4am.

The front desk worker was really nice and got me checked in really fast. The heater in the room was really loud and would no shut off until i unplugged it, the bathroom was t cleaned good there was hair all over on the floor, the t.v had subtitles and i was unable to turn them off, but the beds was really comfortable.

the heater in the room was non functional, luckily i brought an extra blanket .
The room never warmed up to more than 63 degrees despite the heater thermostat being set to 80 degrees all night.
It wasnt unbearable but it was inconvenient from a comfort standard and definitely inconvenient to go haggle over a new room.

Excellent stay.the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were great. Overall, a good experience.

The workout room had no water in there or wipes to wipe the equipment down when you’re done. the elliptical Rider was very unstable and screen didn’t work. But eakfast area didn’t have much to pick from and had to wait for food to come out. Also, no water in the breakfast area available at the time we were there. Beds were comfortable.

I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for a night clerk to get my keys.
I called the hotel phone and it went to voice mail.

Overall this hotel was pretty good! The hotel was clean and staff was friendly! However we did run into an issues. The first being it took a long time to get checked in. The employee was very sweet but seemed very confused. When we got to our room then our keys didn’t work. Later that night we went down to the pool area. The hot tub could have been hotter as it wasn’t very hot. We were trying to enjoy the pool area until a few boys that were with the front desk staff member came in and started yelling, running, and doing cannon balls splashing all over. We left the area bummed, as we did not want to deal with that. The breakfast potatoes were also hard as if they were not cooked all the way and the waffles had no flavor (unless cardboard is a flavor). However I will say the rest of the breakfast was good! It’s more of the little things that caused some issues.

They had rented out my hotel room to someone else while I had it rented towards the length of my stay.
