Not he customer is king in this hotel, but the General Manager and the Receptionist I arrived late night after 4 hours driving with an online check in made before looking forward to a good night sleep. But it went all different. The receptionist refused to check me in after makijg many mistakes like not informing me about the procedure reason, why despite online check in, I had again to fill in my details, gave me wthe wrong change (24 € to little) when paying. Once I made he receptionist aware, there was no apology but just a comment: „this can happen“. Once the receptionist realized that I was not happy with the service, she told me to leave the hotel and called the police to escort me out. Such a humiliating, frustrating and discrimination I have never experienced in my life after traveling he world and staying in so many hotels. On top, when coming back 2 days later to meet the General Manager, I experienced the devastating attitude since again: no apologies, just accusations, that the guiltily one is me as a customer. If you really have to stay in this hotel, I recommend: 1.) expect no service at all 2.) count carefully the change you receive 3.) don’t say anything, because if you do, the receptionist might not like what you say and will kick you out of the hotel 4.) Look before, what other hotels are in the region so that you are prepared for the unexpected But best is, try to avoid this hotel as long as the current management and employees are still working in this hotel
