Excellent property but no heating so freezing in the room as we stayed there in Dec 6 deg !

Last minute
The hotel was a last minute decision due to leaving another property that was of an unexpected lower standard. My only criticisms are the lack of a safe in my room , one of the socket outlets by the tv was insecure( plenty of others available so not an issue), and was unable to use the bath provided, but the shower was great

Easy access and check in. Close to the center of Ratingen. Calm area. Room could be cleaner, quite some dust and web around the bed, especially near the head which is not so nice. Also insect in the room because windows were open, I think for quite some time without anyone using the room. Shower was impossible to change temperature.
It is an ok hotel but better a different room than on ground floor.

Ich habe im JustStay in Ratingen übernachtet und war positiv überrascht, wie unkompliziert alles lief. Den Zimmerschlüssel hatte ich schon vor der Anreise digital, sodass ich ohne Wartezeit direkt ins Zimmer konnte. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr ruhig. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Frühstücksbox, die morgens vor der Tür stand – frisch und auch vegetarisch erhältlich. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Haus und der kleine Fitnessbereich sind ein echtes Plus. Für Geschäftsreisen oder einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert.
