LiVEMAX RESORT SHIRETOKO SEA FRONT

I didn't choose to stay in Rausu when I went to Shiretoko whale watching, because I came from Nemuro Nakashibetsu the night before, and this hotel happened to be on the way on the bus. Yagihama is a small fishing village by the sea. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the bus stop. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is an old-fashioned hot spring hotel, and the hot spring is great. The accommodation is also very comfortable, with Shiretoko bear and killer whale features, suitable for family outings. The room was fully booked on the night of check-in, and many people chose it even though it was remote. The next morning, there was a bus to Rausu at 7:30, just in time for the 9 o'clock whale watching boat, but this bus was a school bus, with a fare of 100 yen, and the bus was full of children from nearby villages going to school

The hotel hallways and rooms had a slight odor. It smelled like seafood or the ocean. I stayed in a Japanese-style room, and the summer blanket was a bit small, so I wanted to use a winter blanket, but perhaps because it was summer, the blanket didn't look clean. There were a few stains... The public bath was spacious and clean, and the washing machine was easy to use. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the breakfast and dinner options were good. Since there aren't any good restaurants nearby, the dinner option was very convenient. However, if you stay for multiple nights, you'll end up eating the same food over and over again, which can get tiresome. The trip to Shiretoko takes about 45 minutes.
