Celebrated my 50th birthday with my family. It was wonderful. Goudini is our home away from home. My kids loved it.

This place has become our annual family holiday destination, I've been here around 5 or 6 times and never was I dissapointed. It is true value for money and lots of fun if you are family vacationing. I recommned Goudini to all my friends, works collegues and family.

The unit bathroom was pathetic and unhygienic. The shower needs to be scrubbed not rinsed down. the bathroom floor and floors in the rest of the unit was dirty. the unit had a foul odour smell.The cleaning staff came to clean the unit on the Monday morning. The unit was located next to the take away shop and at the rear loading dock .I could not sleep peacefully as the cold room refrigerator motor runs all night and day and the noise level of motor is annoying. The trucks offload goods basically right in front of your door and then the vehicle still idles while offloading creating diesel smell and smoke in my unit. I personally feel that the unit should not be used for guests and should rather be used for staff accomodation. For the past 20 years that i have visited the resort this was my worst experience as i did not sleep and rest properly i was tired in the day because of poor quality sleep and i did not enjoy my day with the facilities.To top it all when i enquired if they did not have alternate accomodation the gentleman at the reception asked me when i made the booking was i not told about the unit and i said no. He said that they have a 4 sleeper rondawel but i will have to pay extra. this was upsetting to me because we are 2 people already in a 4 sleeper why must i pay extra for something that is not my problem. This is where the staff really lacks customer skills. a customer is the most valuable asset in a business and without customers there is no business. i should have been offered alternate accomodation without additional expense. i spent money on a 3 day holiday break but to me it was no Holiday and a real waste of money as i did not enjoy my stay. i would like to be contacted to resolve my issues

I think this is 1 of the top holiday resorts for families. Very convenient and very neat. great facilities and so much fun...

The apartment is great, spacious enough for a couple. However the shower door opening is 30cm/40cm, this means if you are on the bigger side, then this can be challenging.

The user had an overall amazing and relaxing experience despite some initial setbacks with reception. The stay was rated 5 stars primarily due to the excellent resolution provided by management. The initial issue stemmed from a booking made with a staff member named Louwelda, who assigned an incorrect room without explanation and displayed poor customer service. Upon raising the issue, another staff member, Emma, was polite and tried to assist despite Louwelda's disruptions. The situation was quickly and effectively resolved by a manager named Hardes, who was described as an "outstanding, genuine man" and personally moved the user to the correct room. The rest of the stay was "splendid" and highly satisfactory.
