+ Good service and very clean rooms; delicious and varied breakfast; excellent staff at breakfast; - In the last day of our departure, the pool was closed, without any warning in advance

The room was spacious, and the service was absolutely amazing, truly surprising me with such professional service in Thailand! The shower water was too hot, and no matter how I adjusted it, it wouldn't cool down, so I had to ask the front desk to send someone to check it. Within 5 minutes, someone arrived. Even before I opened the door, he had already taken off his shoes, standing only in socks, hands pressed together in a 'Sawadee ka' greeting. He respectfully walked to the shower room, knelt on both knees, then shifted to a single-knee stance to reach the showerhead. Along the way, he turned to open the sink faucet, then turned back, continuing his kneeling operation for three minutes until the water finally cooled down. He performed the entire process while kneeling. No wonder this Holiday Inn, which opened in 2017, still looks brand new.

Great 5 star hotel with friendly staffs and have a great location in central of Rayong.

This hotel is super convenient for my business trips to Rayong. It's close to everything. There's a shopping mall nearby, and a bigger one just ten minutes away. The breakfast spread was also quite good.

The hotel facilities are great, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is especially rich. Next time I'm in Rayong, Holiday Inn will be my first choice. There's a large shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient.

Hotel building is very nice however rooftop bar tables and chairs are falling apart. Once we got into bed we noticed the sheets were heavily stained and the towels were falling apart. Very unsatisfactory.

You can see a beautiful sea view from the rooftop. The rooftop pool is also very big, and the gym facilities are perfect.

The air conditioning in the room was leaking badly. After it was fixed at night, it started leaking again at 6 AM the next morning, which seriously affected my sleep.

Booked this for a colleague, and due to a change in plans, the last night was cancelled. The hotel was very understanding and agreed to the cancellation. They also extended our check-out to 2 PM, which was super convenient. The breakfast spread was great, and there are plenty of malls and massage places nearby.
