This hotel is excellent, well-equipped, and centrally located with many shops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. The staff provided attentive service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We booked this trip as we got stranded missing our last train (help) Thanks to trip I managed to get this hotel as back up pretty swiftly and dog friendly too (relief ) Nala thoroughly enjoyed her hotel trip and it was close to the abbey ruins which were a lovely SUPRISE on the dog walk before our next train Highly recommend

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, with Tesco, Iceland and more supermarkets next to the hotel. Just 8-10mins walk to the shopping mall and to train station. The staff members here are kind and helped me a lot during my long stay here.

Great stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to the town centre and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, in a great location, and offered fantastic amenities. We especially enjoyed the gym and the games area. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I found strange that iron was not available in my room and also get 2 days where card stop working when from work and needed to get support to unlock my room. Complementary stuff in room very weak.
