Our stay at Borgo Giallonardo was one of the highlights of our 18-day trip to Sicily. The service was outstanding and the food was exceptional, we ate there 3 out of the 4 nights. The design of the property is exquisite, combining traditional accents with a fresh modern twist. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, quiet and well appointed, by far the nicest accommodations we had during our time in Sicily. The location is an oasis of olive trees and grape vines, all which are highlighted at the restaurant. We used it as our base to explore the area, and felt compelled to take some time to enjoy the resort-like feel and beautiful view of the hills and the mediterranean. IMO, it deserves more than 3 stars. We would go back in a heart beat!

Luxurious property, excellent staff
Staff were very helpful, welcoming, and accommodating of our toddler. Room (Grecale, Superior Plus with terrace overlooking vineyards) was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean (if bed a little soft for my personal taste).
Pool area lovely for a sundowner glass of home-produced wine. Communal spaces very relaxing and stylishly decorated.
Breakfast was lovely, fresh, home made cakes.
Dinner was disappointing - uninspired, limited, poorly prepared, not good value for money (we had starters and secondi potato, no pastas), I would suggest eating out instead, despite the temptation to eat in for the ease, and having a night cap only back at the hotel.

Amazing stay at the Borgo. Staff went above and beyond! Gerlando was especially accomodating. He made our stay at the Borgo very delighful. He was extremely helpful. We had the best experience at this resort. Will be coming back soon !

We love, love, loved our stay here! The setting is absolutely dreamy - the grounds are immaculate, the food is excellent and, of course, their wine is divine. We stayed in the wonderfully spacious Olive suite which has 2 floors and would be perfect for a family of 4. It has its very own large patio with an unexpected sea view. My husband and I chose this beautiful property as our base to visit the Valley of the Temples and Scala dei Turchi - the location was perfect. We loved spending our afternoon by the stunning pool after a day of exploring. My only regret is that we only booked 2 nights. Will definitely be back.
