Fiz a reserva para um quarto para 3 pessoas, e solicitei uma cama de casal e uma dr solteiro, sendo que ao chegar no Hotel deparamos com um quarto minúsculo e 2 camas de solteiro. Voltei até a recepção e o atendente falou que o hotel estava super lotado por conta de um concurso e não tinha mais quarto triplo pois o pessoal do outro expediente se confundiu na reserva, mas, para solucionar ele liberou mais um quarto. Ao ir para esse outro quarto, o ar não estava funcionando que até ele mesmo ficou sentindo calor dentro do quarto, e o ar fez um barulho alto e não funcionou mais, e o segurança que resolve paliativo dos ar condicionado falou que não estava funcionando, e com isso foi oferecido um ventilador pois eles não podiam fazer nada. Foi muito constragedor, o gerente foi ligado para ele e não sabia como era a disposição do quarto que queria em um quarto que mal cabiam 2 camas fosse colocado a terceira.
Deixou muito a desejar e não recomendo.

Hotel com bom custo benefícil, quarto e banheiro com bom espaço e cheio de armários, café da manhã com o que precisa ter, rua muito tranquila para estacionar. Gostei muito.

O app super funciona, confirmações pelo e-mail e pelo próprio aplicativo, o check-in super rápido e fácil.
A localização do hotel eu gostei bastante é bem organizado. Porém sinto um descaso por ser reserva de aplicativo, no quarto tinha etiqueta de malas no chão dos hóspedes anteriores o forro do quarto estava mofado.

A passagem foi rápida, só para dormir e seguir viagem..
Os quartos são ótimos... Tem tomadas, cama e espelho grandes e muito espaço nos armários pra espalhar as coisas da mala.
O que pecou pra nós foi o café da manhã.
8;30 já tinha poucas opções, algumas coisas frias.. o que acabou não era mais reposto...
No mais é isso.
