Okay apartment. Clean and organized. I would like more kitchen utensils, as there were practically no pots to use on the cooktop, cutlery was also missing.

I was really disappointed by the fact that we would only discover that the swimming pool area had been deactivated by the time we got there. If the pool is not available, that must be stated here. To make maters worse, the air-conditioner wouldn't work in the apartment they landed us. They ended up giving us access to another apartment as a solution a few hours later on. The place and location is nice, but not worth the price at the moment.

Very good, even the valet attends better than the receptionist, poor service, arrogance if you hire the valet for reception, then I'll come back because the service is terrible.

Even though it was written in the reservation description that we would stay on the 14th floor. When we arrived at reception we were told that we would stay in the room that was available. In other words, we are not where we would like to be. Very strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways. We requested two blankets at reception and are still waiting. They never delivered. Cleaning is not good. Since previous guests wrote "Lucas Gostoso" on the mirror. And when we took a shower we could see it. Noisy discharge. Sink that flooded the bathroom. Blood mark on the sofa.
