Great hotel. Friendly staff. Three day trip and cleaners stopped by each day to freshen room and give fresh towels. Would stay here again!

While the hotel was fantastic, I was very disappointed to arrive and they did not have my ******* confirmed reservation in their system. Thankfully they found us a room, however this almost didn’t work out.

I booked this place specifically for the hottub option and there was no notices to state it was out of services until after we checked in which due to weather was after 3 so they said to cancel the booking would cause a fee to cancel it. There was no discount for lack of services. And the front end was short and kinda rude about it! The shower pressure is weak and the shampoo and body wash was empty. So disappointing will not be back

Location on Gasoline Alley was very convenient. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Good free breakfast.
A few issues needing attention/repair … desk chair no longer adjusted and I needed to work at desk; bathroom sink very slow to drain; needed to call for hygiene supplies twice.

They had a practice alarm at 5am jumped out of bathroom and broke toilet paper holder reported to front desk. Toilets are so low as well could use handles to hold when getting up

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However room wasn’t very clean, mattress protector had dark yellow sweat stains and sink was dirty. There was a very loud thud that sounded like it was coming from the roof that happened multiple times both nights we were there between 2-6 am. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t return

The property is easily accessible. The staff were great. The rooms are showing their age and not quite as comfortable as would’ve liked.
The downfall was that the hot tub was closed. Was really looking forward to a nice relaxing soak during my stay. That’s what I looked for in booking at the property. Then there is no compensation for that in the cost for the night.

Our stay at the Hampton Red Deer was very comfortable. Fourth floor was nice and quiet and the breakfast had nice variety.
Overall we would recommend to others :)
