The first room was nice and clean but I rented another room like 4 more times and had to switch the rooms like 3 times before I found one that had ac and a working fridge

Very nice people that work there. Could not have been nicer.  Very clean

Very nice quite and relaxing great view right by the interstate 45

It was a convenient and affordable place to sleep on a road trip. The room was clean and well appointed, with plenty of electrical outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful. 
The walls are thin, but people seemed to respect others and quieted down later in the evening.

Had a ghetto ass ********* neighbor employed by the hotel.. Don’t park where there are cones the hotel employed ********** will come for you!!! Just ridiculous and I hope this establishment is happy with their choice of employees. Grateful for the stay but never again..

We stayed at Red Rood for a week and a half. The location was great and the people were friendly. Always made sure we had clean towels upon renewal. 

For the most part the stay was ok and I love the pet friendliness and the fact they don't ask for a pet deposit but I recently injured my ankle and the way
 they were rushing me out the room when check out came was ridiculous. I was by myself and the fact that she had no sympathy for me and was just worried about cleaning the room instead of worried about the paying customer. For that reason I more than likely won't be going back!!
