While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas Ill the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting. Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony's will be open and fully usable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.
