The hotel is quite new and yet you think that you need to do some work here and there. Signs of break-in on the room door, chipped frame on the TV, you could do something about it and it would still look like new. Rooms are very noisy. Breakfast is just ok. but overpriced. You have to look for the service - I found it in the kitchen during the break. Nevertheless: Except for the breakfast, it's good value for money. Location is great if you are passing through. However, the location has nothing to do with the city center. In general, you can see what a great job the colleagues at Motel One are doing.

Hotel good and new. Room large, bathroom good. Good beds. I couldn't understand why there were two extra beds in my room for single occupancy and why they weren't put away even when they were notified. No wellness infrastructure in the hotel. Location near the center of Regensburg, but there are few options for going out in the evening in the area. Parking garage with options for charging electric cars available. Breakfast good, good cappuccino, little fresh fruit, no fresh orange juice. Staff very friendly, especially at breakfast. Reception staff needs to be improved in terms of customer orientation. Two suggestions from me: a bottle of water in the room (almost standard worldwide) and white sausages as a regional specialty at breakfast were answered with the following saying: there is no such thing, it was decided by the company's management. The hotel should be grateful for such suggestions from the customer, which could be implemented with little effort, and should not fob the customer off with empty phrases. Premier Inn should not only be cheap, but also a bit premium.

Brand new facility, excellent staff and excellent value for money. Check out at 12.00 is brilliant. Since we were on motorbikes, it allowed us to see the beautiful city of Regensburg with the unloaded motorbike and with light clothes, no small feat given the temperatures of this August and to take a shower before getting dressed and leaving for the next destination in a state decent.

Hotel is fine, new construction, located a bit far from the center but close to a nice restaurant and ice cream parlour. Very important if you travel with children. Hotel is nice as a transit hotel on holiday to Croatia. Breakfast was good. Price-quality ratio is always good at Premier Inn

Check-in took over 30 minutes due to understaffing at reception. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom functional and well equipped. Unfortunately, as is often the case these days, there was no wardrobe. Breakfast for €13.50 pp. was extremely poor. The buffet was minimally stocked, the baked beans advertised on various advertising screens did not exist. The empty containers of scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and rolls were only refilled on request. In the refrigerated counter, the simplest slices of sausage and cheese were only halved and lonely. Bread was scarce, the fruit salad from the tin made an elderly impression- conclusion: perfect for overnight stays, you should have breakfast somewhere else.

Sehr angenehm und ruhig, gutes Frühstück und eine Parkgarage im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Perfekt für die Übernachtung auf Geschäftsreise, da von der Autobahn gut erreichbar und sehr gutes Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis.
