The room is very cosy, lighting design is comfortable. Like the free coffee at lobby very much. Receptionists are nice, helpful and can speak good English.

The hotel is very conveniently located for those traveling by train - 10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes to the city center.
The breakfast is very decent for a hotel of this level.
The food and drinks are fresh and high-quality.
The entire variety of coffee drinks from breakfast are available throughout the day (there is exactly the same machine next to the reception). Plus pastries, plus fruit.
The reception staff are very responsive and willing to help.
They accepted and stored the parcel sent to me 3 days before my arrival at the hotel without any problems.
The only downside in my opinion is the soundproofing of the rooms.
Otherwise, it's an excellent option in terms of price/quality.
