È come entrare da un portone e respirare i profumi del 900. Tutto è rimasto così. I pavimenti arabescati, paiono maioliche, le stanze profuma di pulito, i letti sono come quelli di casa che quando ti appoggi dormi sereno. Bagni nuovi con spazzo comodi, set di asciugamani soffici. La colazione si fa in un giardino botanico coperto, sembra che da un momento all'altro debba venire il Grande Gatsby! Le torte, i Maffins, i plumcake sono fatti a mano dalla mamma di Chiara, insostituibile Chiara che ha il sorriso scolpito da Michelangelo, impossibile trovarlo oggi! Prezzo? Andateci perché è il dolce finale di questa bellissima storia

La gentilezza della signora Chiara è quella di una donna di un altra epoca, insieme alla cortesia ed affabilità che la differenzia da altri gestori di b and b. La camera è confortevole e ben curata nei minimi dettagli che sembra di essere a casa.

Bellissimo b e b non molto lontano dal centro. Ringrazio Chiara la proprietaria per la sua accoglienza e gentilezza. Ci ha dato i giusti consigli per vedere il meglio della città. Infatti oltre a vedere i bronzi di Riace ci ha suggerito anche il museo del bergamotto la cui Visita ne è valsa la pena. Struttura pulita, stanze personalizzate e ottima la colazione. Veramente da consigliare.

Siamo stati a Villa Lavinia per visitare Reggio Calabria dopo aver percorso il sentiero dell'inglese con una coppia di amici. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Chiara, persona discreta e sempre sorridente, che ci ha dispensato consigli azzeccatissimi per soddisfare le nostre esigenze ( culturali, gastronomiche ecc...). La villa è graziosissima, elegante e in stile shabby chic, tutta arredata con idea e opera della proprietaria. Ambienti accoglienti e molto puliti, ottima colazione con prodotti artigianali che si consuma in un giardino d'inverno molto piacevole. Si respira un'aria familiare e rilassante...se torneremo a Reggio non mancheremo di soggiornare ancora. Grazie Chiara!

Bellissima location figlia di generazioni passate che ti fanno assaporare il gusto del passato. Cortesia, pulizia e un ottima colazione fanno il resto. Stanze insonorizzate egregiamente. La proprietaria Chiara, è una ragazza molto gentile e dal sorriso dolcissimo. Consiglio la struttura a tutti.

Villa Lavinia è una vera e propria Villa, restaurata dopo il terremoto, con camere che sono dei veri e propri mini alloggi. Il contesto è da sogno, la colazione viene servita in uno spazio esterno davvero gradevole e accogliente, la padrona di casa è gentile e disponibile. Insomma, una vera e propria “chicca” a Reggio Calabria!

Villa Lavinia è abbastanza vicino al centro di Reggio in una via come tante della città con l’”asfalto “ pieno di generose buche, ma si parcheggia senza problemi . La giovane donna che la gestisce, è colta, ha buone maniere, empatica : ci si sente subito a proprio agio. L’ ambiente è carino e pulito, le camere sono accoglienti ed ampie. La zona non è rumorosa di riposa bene . La colazione è sobria, di buona qualità con quantità e scelta quanto basta. Il costo è corretto. Se ne avrò l’occasione ci tornerò volentieri.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet établissement vraiment au top! Côté pratique: Très bien situé, à 10mn à peine de la gare et du centre-ville, les chambres sont spacieuses, belles, calmes, très propres et bien équipées… De plus, la déco et le style de cette ancienne bâtisse complètent ce bien-être. Le déjeuner, servi dans un jardinet tranquille, est copieux, les pâtisseries excellentes. L'ambiance y est feutrée et douce. Côté accueil: Chiara est vraiment d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et d'une prévenance incroyable. Parlant français, elle a pu satisfaire nos demandes et nous donner de précieux conseils. Encore merci à elle. Nous vous recommandons vraiment cet établissement, vous ne serez pas déçus.
