Very good location, city centered.
However taxis are not assessable to the hotel, need to walk a short distance.
Room is clean and spacious.. Have a wardrobe and extra storage areas.
Nice pillows and bed to sleep on.
Very much affordable compared to other hotels given its location.

The male receptionist works well. Quick check in. Security is friendly and good. The female receptionist is very bad. I checked in with the group. Asked for late check out at 12.30, that was ok, and the group had arranged a schedule to check out at 12.30 Arriving at 11.40 the group was telephoned and told they had to check out at 12.00. Finally the group checked out before 12 o'clock which resulted in a chaotic schedule. Then the female receptionist charged Rp. 15,000 for mineral water drunk in the room, which caused the group to protest to me because they were charged to pay for mineral water. I also asked the receptionist about this, and the receptionist argued that the mineral water that was billed was large mineral water, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM.

This was not our first stay at bobopod, which we appreciate because of its cleanliness in the first place. Here, however, the place was not as clean as the other bobopod's we have stayed in the past. The bed sheets had stains on them, also the community areas were a bit dirty. I was surprised not to have found any trash bins in the common areas, neither a cup to make myself hot the with the warm water provided.

For cleanliness, check in is good. But we want to leave the hotel and ask for room cleaning, in my opinion it is not good and there is no foot mat in the bathroom. For the breakfast menu, in my opinion there is not much variety of food

Not really what I expected it to be, it's doesn't feel like hotel at all, more like motel. Bedroom aren't really in nice condition and seems old. The bathroom are the worst.

lokasi oke, deket dari pusat keramaian. tapi untuk fasilitas dan kebersihan bad bgt. gaada lemari minimal gantungan baju lah bingung mau taruh baju dimana, sampah berserakan, gak disediakan tempat sampah disetiap kamar, kran wastafel mati total, lampu kamar mati 1 jd gelap remang2 bgt. sayang bgt padahal letak lokasi sudah strategis, semoga bisa diperbaiki
