Best Western Hotel Centre Reims

Our first night was a nightmare! At 11:30pm, we were checked into the smallest room, freshly painted, empty room I have ever seen! There was not even room to open both our suitcases on the floor, no closest/ hangers or hooks anywhere in the room, even to dry towels.  Had to sleep with the windows wide open!  We booked a “superior, extra large room with twin beds.” No shelves or counter to place basic items.  I complained to staff and even offered to pay more but was told that was what we booked and it was all they had.  At 7am I contacted ******** and we were provided with a room that seemed to fit the category!  We were told both were the same category???   Two nights of bliss!

The hotel is perfectly located, near to the Train station and all main attractions. The building itself is old and chic, very beautiful. We had a room with windows to the street, so it was a bit loud since the street is busy. Anyway, our stay was great. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We payed for 2 breakfast at hotel, there were enough food, coffee is a bit odd, but other options are great. Orange juice is freshly made. We recommend hotel, thank you!

i had a great stay room was clean and had a mini bar with coffee machine and tea location is great guy at the reception was a bit unfriendly

Fiyatına göre güzel bir otel, resepsiyon çok iyi. Dekorasyonu da beğendik. Kahvaltı almadık o yüzden yorum yapamıyorum.

Quite old building for hotel, a little noisy due to the bar around, quite small a room.

For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.
