Staff are very friendly and supportive. Only one point if you are traveling with dogs, asked for a room in quiet area. There was quite some traffic at night on the corridor- you can imagine that the dogs were the whole time on high alert. 😉

It is about 200 meters from Reims train station, which is super convenient. The only drawback is that there are tracks outside the window, but it is still very quiet at night when there are no cars. The room is very small, but almost all small rooms are like this. The price is cheap.
