A very classy hotel in a historic bank building. Rooms are very stylish, beds are comfortable and the rooftop bar calls out for a late night drink. Central location and yet very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, including healthy options.

Nous avons dîné ce samedi 19 juillet au resto du chalet d'Étienne. Surprenant service où l'on vous sert l'apéritif APRÈS Le plat principal. La moindre des choses aurait été de faire un geste commercial en offrant les cafés. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement.

J'ai séjourné 3-4 fois dans cet hôtel. Un ancien site de la banque de France transformé récemment en hôtel (2023 de mémoire). Préférer les chambres du bâtiment principal à l'annexe. L'espace spa est vraiment magnifique pour un hôtel!!! Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité aussi.

L'accueil est d'abord excellent , ça compte en arrivant dans un hotel. La déco est d'excellent goût , moderne , dans un immeuble ancienne Banque de France locale. Sans demander , un membre de l'équipe a fait bagagiste ce qui était appréciable. Clim, piscine , parking , bar roof top en font une halte appréciable. Restau de très grande qualité avec un service attentif , le tout situé en ville, ce qui en fait une adresse à ne pas négliger !

Un excellent séjour dans ce lieu atypique (ancienne annexe de la Banque de France) recommandé par un ami. L'expérience au spa a été géniale avec de nombreuses installations (voir les détails sur leur site) et une bonne surprise avec très peu de personnes pour notre date de séjour (ah la piscine extérieure et le bain japonais pour nous seuls). La chambre deluxe nous a satisfaits de même que le restaurant sans parler du petit-déjeuner bien copieux. Et mention spéciale aux membres du personnel à l'écoute pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible (en particulier à Kim-Rose et Lou-Anne très réactives pour répondre à nos demandes par mail afin de nous faciliter notre escapade vosgienne). Donc au final, n'hésitez pas et laissez-vous tenter !!!!!
