Hotel was just opened barely 2-3 months ago when we checked.in. Everything were new there, but they have aired the place sufficient enough that there was no more formaldehyde smell. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving tips on the mountains' trail conditions, helping us loading the baggage onto taxi etc. We were also upgraded to the top floor room facing the river and mountain, which provides perfect, unblocked beautiful view day and night. The room is huge with high ceiling and very nice. Breakfast included in the room package was also a big portion. The place is perfect for couple, honeymoon or not. For the price, it was very value for money. We will definitely to this hotel again when we next return to DanXia montain.

我走進了一間肯舒適，肯悠閒的酒店阿。大堂環境設計悠和減退旅行的急趕，前台服務親切， 對附近景區深入講解。，房間衛生整潔，設施周全得可爱如衣物掛鈎方便又稱心； 淋浴間和衛生間的扶手桿的細心。電動冲水馬桶，電動窗簾和極大投射屏幕電視己方便又現代化。景區盡興后酒店泳池和健身設施又给我們放鬆一下。
房間落地大玻璃位於江河畔面對丹霞山景-絕！
總包已言，另一般感受。

非常滿意的住宿體驗，酒店環境很好。前台的工作人員非常熱情，我們在庭院看手機地圖研究次日行程規劃時，工作人員立刻送來景區圖，並推薦了路線次序，熱情而貼心的服務讓人感動。早餐也很用心，品種豐富。

服務很貼心，酒店小帥哥看到我們停車，主動出來幫我們的提行李。前台小美女免費為我們房間升級成江景房，可以直接看到窗外江景，房間設計的很漂亮，酒店後院可以邊喝酒邊看江景，設計和服務都很好！

這次入住悠然江畔酒店，完全超出了我的期待！從踏入酒店開始，每一處細節都透着用心，必須好好誇誇～
位置真的絕！就在景區裏面，推窗就是錦江江景和丹霞山景，步行到陽元山、長老峯景區都超近，去水上丹霞碼頭也不用繞路，省去了來回奔波的麻煩，出門就能沉浸式逛景區，這一點太加分了！
總之，不管是親子旅行、情侶度假還是朋友小聚，這裏都超合適！下次來丹霞山，肯定還選悠然江畔～

作為住酒店愛好者，客觀評價一下，這家酒店2025年開業，有做的好的地方也有不好的地方，供大家參考，比如好的:
1. 地理位置好，在江邊，依山傍水。晚上和家人/朋友坐在院子裏一邊喝茶/喝個小酒，一邊欣賞對岸的山水，很愜意。
2. 開業不久，床和被子很舒服。
3. 早餐品類少，但是現煮粥比較有特色，炒粉口味也很不錯。
不好的地方:
1. 作為設計師酒店房間不多，應該服務是特色，他們服務人員年紀偏年輕，但是服務很一般，沒有熱情不説，基本沒有很正面的服務意識。比如，3點以後入住，讓我們坐着等了20-30分鐘。當你問比較直接的問題，他直接略過不回覆住客。
2. 見山甄選房型，實際入住和攜程圖片着實不符，如圖。
3. 晚上11點以後還有打鑽的聲音（如視頻）而且持續時間比較長。這個情況酒店應該要先和住客打招呼，或者之前在退房的時候和住客解釋下。這點上他們什麼也沒做，作為旁觀者，有點為酒店的細節管理捉急。
4. 停車場比較小，我們看了下，正常停7台車左右，其他停在馬路牙子上。
每年都會住不少酒店，第一次為一家酒店寫這麼長的評價，希望給後續的住客一些參考意見。

酒店的設計細節拉滿，硬件條件也很OK，但軟件、服務上感覺差了一口氣。服務人員很忙，很努力，但更多的是完成既定目標，缺少靈活變通，不太能理解住客需要什麼。就拿一件小事兒來説，房卡衹能給一張，理由是兩張的話怕住客丟了…講真，一張卡就不會丟麼？卡上又清晰地印着酒店、房號，一點沒起到防偷作用，反而給住宿帶來不便。另外，房間很漂亮、舒適，但隔音真得成問題。睡個午覺，可能清晰聽到小朋友在問“媽媽，螞蟻幾條腿？”十一孩子多可以理解，但房間能清晰聽到走廊聊天還是會覺得很乾擾。各模塊功能不太齊備，咖啡可做的較少，酒吧衹有類型不多的瓶裝啤酒。這次會稍微覺得遺憾吧，也希望能越來越好，下次來丹霞山遛彎還會來看看。
