The air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly.
I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm.

The hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were "out of order" and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

The room is very new. The surrounding environment is generally a bit noisy because it is in downtown, but you can go rock climbing downstairs
