Very comfortable stay in a lovely little hotel in a great location with a lovely breakfast. Friendly staff with smiling faces. We had a lovely room, we would have liked some outdoor lounging furniture on the roof terrace above our room….we could see other rooms had lovely outdoor lounging furniture…this was a little upsetting to not have one of those rooms. We paid a premium price and felt we had a premium stay….so will recommend with pleasure.

This is a really beautiful hotel, great position and very well appointed. The staff were delightful. A couple of points, the stairs are very steep and there is no lift. If you are elderly or disabled this is probably not the place for you! Breakfast was disappointing and there is no night porter. Our view was over a building site and we were woken up by very loud drilling at 07:30. I expected a little more at this price having stayed at a fair few luxury hotels in Crete. There are only 4 rooms so it is an interesting business model. Disappointed overall.

Non so con che faccia definiscano questo come un boutique luxuri hotel. Lampadina da tavolo senza interruttore e con i fili scoperti, cassetta di sicurezza incastrata, rubinetti sporchi e arruginiti, colazione ridicola, proprietario che se ne strafrega e si esprime a grugniti e che non penso di aver mai visto sobrio, lavandino che rende inutile la doccia perchè schizza ovunque, porta del bagno che lascia spiffero da 2 cm lasciando andare ovunque gli odori, ruggine e sporcizia

Con mio marito siamo sati solo una notte a Rethymno e francamente ne avrei passata almeno una in più, ma non so se ritornerei nello stesso albergo. L'hotel è in posizione molto comoda, nella zona pedonale, ma non lontano dalla parte percorribile in auto e dai parcheggi pubblici. Nonostante nella ricerca di booking, tra i servizi risulti il parcheggio in realtà non è privato, si riferisce a quello pubblico più vicino. La ristrutturazione è stata molto curata e gli spazi comuni sono belli, ma la stanza era piccolina e un pò claustrofobica. Il bagno diviso in due spazi separati, uno per la toilet e uno per la vasca/doccia, non in grandi condizioni e in particolare la finestra sulla vasca dava sul ballatoio interno: privacy zero. L'aria condizionata arrivava dritta sul letto e l'abbiamo dovuta spegnere, ma le finestre le abbiamo tenute chiuse per il locale sottostante. Colazione un pò misera, buffet poco invitante...insomma... Per quanto riguarda l'accessibilità, la nostra stanza era al primo piano, non ho visto ascensore, solo scale e sicuramente gli spazi erano troppo stretti per eventuali carrozzine (ma non so le altre camere...)

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ σε κατάλυμα. Μακριά! Απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση και συμπεριφορά από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Αντιεπαγγελματισμός , αδιαφορία και ψέματα . Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει και προπληρώσει δωμάτιο, μας εξανάγκαζε να μείνουμε εκτός πόλης （!!!） χωρίς καν να μας ενημερώσει νωρίτερα ή να ζητήσει την συγκατάθεση μας. Φυσικά και δεν το δεχτήκαμε. Όταν ρώτησα για την επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου, με ενημέρωσε πως δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι και με παρέπεμψε （με ύφος） στη πλατφόρμα. Για συγνώμη για την τεράστια ταλαιπωρία μας ούτε λόγος. Eng The worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Stay away! Unacceptable treatment and behavior from the owner. Unprofessionalism, apathy and lies. While we had booked and prepaid a room, he forced us to stay out of town （!!!） without even informing us in advance or asking for our consent. Of course we didn't accept it. When I asked about refunding my money, he informed me that he can't do anything and referred me （with style） to the platform. He did never apologise for our huge inconvenience.

E' stato un buon soggiorno anche se, a dire il vero, qualche neo c'è stato: trovo l'assegnazione delle stelle un pò esagerata. Non c'è il parcheggio, non c'è l'ascensore e la colazione francamente inesistente. Boh, si un gioiellino per delle chicche architettoniche, ma finestra sul ballatoio dove passano gli altri ospiti, segnalano il balcone e non c'è (forse intendono il ballatoio. Sulla posizione niente da dire ma è la seconda volta che nelle città più grandi di Creta mi trovo con attribuzioni di stelle onestamente imbarazzanti.
