A very successful holiday, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we especially wanted to thank the lady (blonde) from the reception who helped me carry my suitcase to the room. A big thank you to the bartenders - Vasilis, Manilis, Christos and Pavlos.... thank you !!!

Nice hotel to stay. Staff very friendly and speak English, some of them speak Russian. Not very close to the beach, but for that price this is acceptable. Tasty breakfast which you can choose what to order starting 8 am till 11 am. There is a swimming pool which is closing at 7 pm.

Place is really lovely, keeps the heart of Greece. The hotel staff is always smiling and friendly. With great commitment they explain what to see in the area and how to get there - the lady at the reception speaks perfect English, also the other employees are very communicative in this language. But most importantly - the food in this hotel is insane! For anyone who wants to try the local cuisine or on a given day fancies something different - every day a different menu with several items to choose from. Each item on the menu is delicious and served in a beautiful way. Location close to the main street - 5 minutes walk, about 10 minutes to the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a great location. Close to everything, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. Service very helpful in all matters.

Great place, met our expectations in 100%. Being in Crete three years ago, I wanted to come back here with my family, but I wanted a place where we would experience real Greece, without splendor, commercialism and pomp. Costello Bianco just gave us all this, we encountered a lovely service in Greek hospitable style. The chef treated us to wonderful, diverse regional food. After a week's stay, I feel culinary fulfilled. The whole is coherent, very well managed - which translates into good energy prevailing here. The energy of the place and people. The hotel is very clean, quiet, definitely conducive to relaxation. We liked spending time on the beautiful sandy beach with wonderful views, as well as on the hotel pool, which gave relief on those hot days (no problems with the lack of sunbeds) The great advantage is the fact that the hotel is small and it is also thanks to this that you can feel the Greek climate in this dimension. Excellent séjour en Crète pendant cette semaine! Charmant hôtel où les repas sont excellents, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible et prêt à vous informer et vous aider. Hôtel situé tout près de la plage à 300m en passant par un petit souterrain. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un grand appartement avec une superbe vue mer et de très beaux couchers de soleil, bref une très belle expérience! Merci à tout le monde et félicitations aux cuisiniers 😊
