All was very good except that the shower pan was slippery. As I stepped into the shower, I slipped and fell completely to the floor. Thankfully I was not hurt. The shower pan was slippery over all and I had to be especially careful throughout my whole shower. There was a grab bar on the far side of the shower that could only be reached by getting all the way in. There was nothing to hold onto on entering the shower. Being 72 years of age, those things are significant. When I reported the experience to the receptionist, I was informed that the shower was up to code. If that is the case, it is scary.

Every staff person was amazing and kind. Aiden was especially helpful.
The location is just on the outskirts of town, but I was still able to walk to some places.
There is a nice place to eat right next-door, as well.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and a great size, the shower was amazing (best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel), but there was only shampoo in the shower, no conditioner and no shower gel. Instead, there was a bottle of body lotion. Also, there were some leftover goldfish crackers in the heater that were missed by housekeeping (obviously put there by some mischievous kids, lol).
They were very pet friendly as well; I have two dogs I travel with, and they made sure I was in a room that had easy access to an outside door.
Unfortunately, the bed was far too firm and the pillows far too soft.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is good. The pool is tiny though, don't trust the photos. The check-in was very frustrating. The hotel/Orbitz sends you a message ahead of your check in stating that you need to use the Hilton app to get a digital room key. This doesn't work. Once you get to the hotel, you will still have to go to the front desk to check in. The agent at the desk said the digital key does not work for Orbitz reservations, and they have no access to the info since the app is not connected to them at all. A frustrating process.

I love how clean and well maintained this property is. We stay here periodically as it's on the way for a long drive to visit family, and it's easily one of the nicest hotels we frequent.

We come here periodically as it's the halfway point for a very long trip to see family, and each time we come here it's an absolute delight.
The front desk staff are very courteous. They are quick to point out facilities, available amenities, and they have a pleasing smile.
The pool is well maintained.
The parking lot and surrounding property is about as well maintained as it gets, the asphalt has no excessive cracking or potholes, the parking lines are recently painted, and the nearby restaurant has great food at good prices.
The rooms are clean, we can't find any dirt on the carpet and the linens always have a fresh smell. The bathroom mirror is always spotless, and the bathroom smells clean.
My son who's in his late teens and travels often made the remark "this is the nicest hotel I've been in, in like two years".
Off the top of my head I don't know what other praise I can heap upon this place, but we always have a positive feeling whenever we stay here.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. The staff is very nice too. The place was clean. The morning breakfast offerings were good. However, I was totally disappointed with the mattress quality for this caliber of a hotel. We didn’t sleep well at all our entire stay.

This place was very nice and new, however when you are staying in a hotel, there are 2 things you really want. One is a good night's sleep, and the other is a warm shower. For some reason, we could hear every single footstep of the occupants in the room above ours all night for both of the nights we stayed there. The footsteps would shake the light canisters in our room, and it was really difficult to get a good night's sleep. Then on both days, my shower water was pretty temperamental. It would start out hot, but then get cold, then warm up a bit and get cold again. That was frustrating. The building itself is really clean and well kept, but I would really have enjoyed it more if we could have gotten a good night's sleep.
