Beware! Only the lounge looks like the pictures, all the rest is tired, worn out and broken. Cutlery is limited and no cereal bowls. Bathroom is a breeding ground for mould of all colours: orange in the shower, black by the sink and pink around the windows. You are in the very centre of Reykjavik (the only reason for giving 2 stars), BUT the windows are single pane, the balcony door does not shut and the music from the bars on Laugavegur is on full blast till 2am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Brilliant Perfect location , last house on the end of rainbow road. Lovely spacious apartment with all things you’d need for a comfortable stay. Only issue was we had the penthouse which had amazing views of both the mountains and up rainbow road to the church but that did include a few flights of spiral stairs which was more an issue on the first and last day with a big suitcase. Felt safe & wasn’t too loud with the road noise.

Great apartment in a great area! Very well appointed furniture wise, but the actual building could us a bit of TLC. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Plenty of room and a great location. We had the top floor apartment. No elevator, so be ready to climb some stairs. Also, no bath or hand soap was provided, so you'll need to buy some from a market a couple of blocks away. One warning: When they say checkout time is at 10 AM, they mean it. The place is unattended, so they disable the key code for the apartment and the building right at 10:00. If you're carrying luggage outside around 10:00 and have to go back in the building, you're out of luck.

Loved absolutely everything about this apartment, it's a real hidden gem right in the centre of Reykjavik. The location is fantastic- so so close to everything including the bus stop for going on tours, restaurants and bars and the famous rainbow street and church. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Very cosy and great for winding down after long day trips. Nothing better than kicking off the snow boots, turning on the heating and all sitting together watching Netflix. Really enjoyed having the kitchen facilities and saving ourselves a bit of money being able to go to the local Bonus for groceries and making breakfasts and packed lunches for daytrips. Also used the luggage storage facilities which was great for dumping our bags and getting out exploring.
