Reykjavik Laugardalur 4-star Hotels

Nice accommodation but the house keeping only comes on request and did unfortunately a poor job, no refill of the toiletries and change of linens and sheets. The location was near the city center and the room was quite spacious. I booked a tower view but unfortunately in front of the hotel there is a construction site ongoing, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. All over all I felt comfortable during the stay.

The apartment had everything we needed, plus it was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Although it was located slightly further from the tourist attractions and eateries, it was well-connected via bus routes. All in all, highly recommended for families.

We used it as our honeymoon accommodation! We spent a total of 5 nights at Fosshotel Reykjavik. We extended our stay at the hotel! The breakfast was varied and bus stop 12 was right in front, so it was convenient to freely go on tours!! And the information staff were very friendly. If you said you could see the aurora, we went to the beach 5 minutes away to see it. It's a place you won't regret staying at! The fact that it's a little far from the city center allowed us to have a good night's sleep and relax.

Very comfortable, I’m very gratefull by the kindness of the personal ! The location was near to the reikyjavik center. Everything was super celan and warm.

The room was fine and clean, beds were good, One wonky closet door that could have been fixed before we got there. Bathroom smelled a little strange but everything was clean otherwise. Warm weather outside made the room very warm, it would have been good to include a fan in the room. Great location and otherwise good.

The location is good as there is bus transport service from the airport. The room we booked was tiny yet enough to stay overnight.

Room and toilet were clean, however there was a Sulphurous odour (almost like rotten eggs) coming from the drain of the shower which was quite difficult to bare if you used the bathroom for too long. Fortunately for us, we were out most of the day, so we didn’t have to deal with it so much. They’re a sustainable and eco friendly hotel and don’t offer one-use toiletries, however extra towels and other things were offered when requested. The breakfast spread was lovely and yummy!! Appreciated the well thought out guide folder!

The room is clean and tidy, the service staff is very friendly, the facilities are complete, the breakfast environment is good, and it feels like returning home. It is worth recommending everyone to stay here.

Equipment may be a bit too old, but still not bad.
