Positive points: friendly staff, room on the ground floor on the shaded side which allowed us not to suffer too much from the heat in the absence of air conditioning, visible cleanliness. We were lucky to have quiet neighbors and the noise of the planes did not bother us
Negative points: the food in the restaurant was borderline: failed croque-monsieur (it's possible) burnt and barely warm with a slightly stale lamb's lettuce at €15, that's expensive. The room probably housed a dog before and with the heat, the smell came to my nose throughout my night, while we didn't smell anything when we entered the room... (Maybe the duvet) or the carpet between the 2 beds

I had an overnight stay here before a flight home from Nantes.
Very basic rooms and my room was dirty. The carpet was filthy, covered with stains and the skirting had clearly not been cleaned in months.
There were loose wires in the bathroom. O don't know if they were live but certainly didn't look good.
There was one very uncomfortable steel chair in the room.
The entrance lobby carpet was also filthy which just shows there is no attention to detail.
The staff were friendly enough, but I would never stay here again as it is very poor value for money.

No wifi, bad service, one night ok ?
Pas de wifi ! Le personnel s’en fiche complètement et vous dira que ça dure depuis des mois et que c’est pas prêt d’être réglé…
Faut quémander pour que la chambre soit faite et même pas faite en entier.
Propre mais pas exceptionnel.

close to the airport
The Campanile has two parts, one part budget the other not so budget. The room was enough for one night before a flight, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is closed weekends which was a shame, but a 5 minute walk finds restaurants so that's ok. 10 minutes drive to the airport parking, so convenient.

poorly maintened hotel. bathroom seems from an other era. Restaurant with 1/3 of the menu not available. Not to recommand.

Experience was meh.... but could've been better!
Experience.... le generic! Pay for what u get. Place was overall clean & acceptable. Yes, I would stay again. I didn't feel welcomed. Having the right staff that takes owership of their position can make or break a company.
