The hotel was close to the office I was visited the autobaun for travelling from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy. Having arrived later on there were food places nearby for take out and sit down if needed. The breakfast was from 6am and had a variety of hot and cold with pastries Overall a good 4/5 excellency business hotel close to food and motorway Only negative small car park but was able to park on the shared car park of the out of town shopping centre next door

Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich. Alles schon in die Jahre gekommen. Manche würden einen Hocker benötigen um in die kleine Dusche zu kommen. In meinem Zimmer hat das längs zu überholende Badezimmer etwas gerochen. Zudem war die Nachtruhe durch den Straßenlärm (quietschende Reifen im Kreisverkehr, Sirenen von Einsatzfahrzeugen oder einfach beschleunigende Autos) und extrem ausgeleuchteten Parkplatz oder Werbeflächen nicht so erholsam. Beim Frühstücken war ich froh, den Kaffee nicht trinken zu müssen. Habe mir einen vernünftigen beim Kunden bringen lassen. Ansonsten war das Frühstück ok.

Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel uns der unfreundliche Empfang auf. Während einer Woche Ende Februar/Anfang März trafen wir auf drei verschiedene Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption. Einer von ihnen war freundlich, während ein weiterer, der sich als Teilhaber des Hotels ausgab, uns gegenüber unhöflich auftrat. Diese Einschätzung wurde auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt, mit denen wir uns austauschten. Besonders negativ fiel jedoch eine Dame auf, die sich als Geschäftsführerin ausgab. Ihr Verhalten war nicht nur ausgesprochen unfreundlich, sondern auch unangemessen aggressiv. In der Hotellerie ist ein solcher Umgang mit Gästen nicht hinnehmbar. Aufgrund dieser durchweg negativen Erfahrungen können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Rezeptionisten und das Hotelpersonal sind äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit. Das unsererseits gebuchte 4er Zimmer war ausgezeichnet! Die Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten ist neuwertig und modern. Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Hygiene in dem gesamten Hotel war hervorragend! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu super Zeiten auch für das Spätfrühtück ausgerichtet. Die Auswahl war vielfältig und frisch.

Assolutamente da evitare, prenoti la stanza, arrivi e ti propongono una stanza diversa e non conforme a quella prenotata oltretutto con odore di fogna incluso. Il parcheggio non chiuso in strada mentre i posti auto n 3 attigui all'hotel occupati da furgoni merci, senza parlare del personale dall'aspetto e atteggiamento poco professionale adatti a fare altro mestiere, senza poi dimenticare che l'unica cosa bella dell'hotel era l'arredamento dell'ufficio del manager con divani extralusso ( ti fa capire quanto interessa soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti) mentre il resto somigliante a un dormitorio pubblico e ancora oggi aspetto sempre il rimborso di 2 notti pagate in anticipo, luogo sconsigliato andate in altro hotel

Leckeres Frühstück, sowie nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer sauber, Betten bequem, leider unangenehme Geräuschkulisse am Abend bei offenem Fenster von der Kerpener Straße. Ein paar nette Lokale sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt zufrieden.
