Beautiful hotel.Staff are so friendly and kind.A special mention to Elizabeta at reception who helped us with a situation that we had.Her kindness and patience is to be commended.Thank you. The hotel location over the river is stunning and only 5 min Walk to the station.Our room was exceptionally clean and beds really comfortable.Thank you for a lovely stay.Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of the village and just in front of the beautiful Rhine River, making it both peaceful and picturesque. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. If you're looking for a relaxing and tranquil place to stay with great service, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Meine Erwartungen sowie Wünsche wurden sehr übertroffen. Das Essen, Servicepersonal sowie Ambiente alles einfach nur WOW. Weil es geregnet hat ist sogar der Mitarbeiter zum Fotoshooting mit mehreren Regenschirmen gekommen und Angeboten uns zum Hotel zurück zu fahren. Sehr hilfsbereite sowie freundliche Mitarbeiter. Habe bestimmt über 10 Mal vor dem Apero angerufen und jedesmal sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Mein Fazit es war einfach nur der Hammer kann es jedem weiter empfehlen.

Waren mit der Familie zum Lunch. Bereits der Empfang war äußerst aufmerksam. Apéro, Menu und Dessert sind Qualitativ hervorragend und in einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist immer wieder eine Freude im Schiff zu Speisen und zu sein. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Nach 4xmaligem Anrufen wurde das Tel abgenommen, mit dem Hinweis: wir haben Gäste, solle das verstehen. DIes bei Hotel/Restaurantbetrieb.Gut okay - kann "man" verstehen. Ankunft 19.30 h wir reserviert, zuerst freundliche Bedienung. Suppe kam angemessen, dann warteten wir eine Dreiviertelstunde auf das Menue. Sagten explizit, dass wir in Zeitknappheit sind. Wurden darauf hingewiesen dass viel zu tun sei und noch eine Gesellschaft mit 30 Gäasten. Dann wurden die Teller abgeräumt, keinerlei Nachfrage ob Cafe oder Dessert. Versuchten über eine Viertelstunde Zahlung zu tätigen. Das Lokal war zwar sehr gut besucht, zählten 4 Servicepersonen, die teilweise sogar herumstanden; Keinerlei Blickkontakt - oder Sicht ins Lokal. Und - nach meinem Besuch des WC - hörte oder suchte ich vergebens die Gesellschaft mit 30 Personen. Im Saal. Sah nur Tisch mit 2 Personen. Schade - ein solcher Service ist mehr als unterirdisch. Nie mehr. PS - wählte dieses Restaurant, da ich schon einige Male dort zufrieden heraus ging.

Wir waren am Ostermontag Abend zu Gast. Der Service war zuvorkommend, schnell und sehr freundlich. Ein Lob. Auch die Reklamation haben Sie perfekt gemeistert....Zur Reklamation: Schon das zweite Mal beanstanden wir dass das Wort "hausgemacht" nicht ernst genommen wird. Schade. LG Suter Hansedi.

Wir haben heute das Geburtstagsessen meiner Mutter gehabt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Service speditiv, aufmerksam und super nett. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Schönes Ambiente. Wir werden sicher wieder hin gehen.

Wir genossen einen entspannten Abend bei leckerem Essen und guten Gesprächen und wurden von freundlichen und aufmerksamen Kellnern bedient. Auch gefiel uns das liebevoll, herbstlich dekorierte Ambiente- ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Geniessen.. Danke!
