The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep!
We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious!
Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht.
Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I'm so satisfied with my 2 days long vacation here! The pool area is beautiful. Water is warm. The sauna is good. I wish it's more than only 2 saunas. It has a fitness area too but I didn't use it! 😁 The room is very cozy, good decorated. For welcome you have in the room 1 water and little 2 bags of a dried fruit what was such a nice surprise! ❤️ I tried cocktail Tequila Sunrise and it was very good! I think one of the best cocktail I tried somewhere! And my boyfriend had gin tonic and it was also good! Food is delicious!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön aufgemacht, Lobby, Bar und Zimmer sehr schön und mal ein außergewöhnlicheres Design. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Die kleinste Zimmerkategorie ist aber wirklich sehr eng und klein. Ich würde ein größeres Zimmer buchen. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Gute Auswahl, auch für Vegetarier. Eventuell wäre eine Milchalternative sinnvoll. Spabereich sehr schön und ausreichend, 2 Saunen, 1 großer Pool, 2 kleinere und eine Rutsche. Etwas überfüllt am Wochenende. Massagen unbedingt vor Anreise buchen. Pizzeria im Hause auch lecker und für Mittagessen empfehelnswert.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltete, die Rezeption und der ganze Empfangsbereich ist toll und wirklich sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Auswahl sehr schön. Jedoch sollte man eher früher oder später kommen da ist sehr voll werden kann. Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Wir waren jedoch eher enttäuscht von unseren Zimmer, wir hatten beim buchen extra einen Aufpreis bezahlt damit wir ein besser/größeres Zimmer bekommen, jedoch sind wir wirklich ins das alle letztes Haus gekommen, jedoch hier nur ein ein kleinen Seiten Bereich. Die Einrichtung ist schön jedoch leider nicht sauber, sehr staubig, der Wasserkocher nicht benutzbar und draußen lagen Zigaretten und Asche, würde nicht sauber gemacht es gab aber im außen Bereich keinen Aschenbecher. Leider war so viele Häuser frei und wir würden vom Gefühl eher abgeschoben. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir zufrieden würde aber immer wieder in das andere Partnern Hotel genau in Reihnsberg.
