Worst stay in my life
The hotel smells like dust and mold the Ac is mot working and telling the receptionist who is by the way the rduest person i everent jn my life says yes i know maybe u open the door alittle to get some air shocked by his answer i never replied. the receptionist is rude not smiling at all and has an attitude of a **********

The positive thing about this hotel was that it is very close to the station, which made everything very convenient. very nice and helpful staff. the rooms nice and spacious. Quiet area and a very good Turkish restaurant next to the hotel.Unfortunately, the bed was not good and the pillouws were far too thin, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. but with a stay of a few days it works,

Hello, Unfortunately an incident prevented us from moving from Canada to Milan Italy for a 4 night stay. We notified the hotel 3 days after the date of cancellation without charge but 1 week before the date of the stay. No openness to penalty or discount on term stays. La posizione dell’hotel è strategica per chi viaggia con il treno, dista pochissimi minuti dalla stazione. La camera era spaziosa,pulita e abbastanza silenziosa. La colazione abbondante e gustosa. A colpirmi, però, è stata l’estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, pronta ad accogliere e soddisfare ogni mia richiesta per il mio viaggio di lavoro. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

La camera ci è stata presentata molto trascurata e sporca, capelli e peli sulle lenzuola, asciugamani macchiati, cicche appiccicose sul muro. Sul letto c'erano le tipiche coperte di lana vecchia e dura che si trovavano "a casa della nonna o in ospedale" negli anni '80. La camera non è bene insonorizzata e se nella stanza accanto usano il bagno si sente qualunque cosa. La colazione è scarsa e i prodotti di bassissima qualità e sotto marca. Il personale alla reception è freddo. Per il tipo di servizio che offre costa troppo

Esperienza pessima sono entrati in camera mi hanno aperto le valigie e si sono presi 2.000,00 € e hanno avuto il coraggio di dire eh non è colpa loro anche se non ci stavano segni di scasso sulla porta star attenti evitate . Io giro sempre è una cosa del genere non mi è mai capitato che mi aprivano le valige cosa che è successo anche a i miei due colleghi
